You are reading this because I gave you the link, remember?
That means you have been chosen kindly asked to participate in my last little project I want to complete before I leave Vancouver for good. The goal is to create a series of portraits of people I met during the past three years here in Vancouver. Each portrait will be well posed and directed, probably in a different set with its own unique style.

Ideally you should come up with the idea of your own photo, which we will further discuss and refine. Imagine I am not your friend, but a professional photographer on a commission for a highly prestigious magazine, working on an article about you. So how would you “sell” yourself to the public? You may not be a celebrity, but from your point of view, as well as mine, you are a Very Important Person. I want to capture you at your best, doing what you love doing and what you are best at. It can be an activity you are crazy for, maybe a re-incarnation of a meaningful event of your life, a photo of you together with your other half, or even with your most valuable possession. It can be serious, it can be funny, it can even be a bit over the top, it’s entirely up to you. But most of all the photo needs to be associated with a story around you. I want to capture a friend and story to remember and tell others.

Depending on the participation and the success of the project, the photos will be printed as a book.
